First, to prepare this delicious dessert, you must shred the peaches in a recipient. To go faster, we recommend doing it with a blender, because, in addition, you will not have to suffer from lumps and you will have the most uniform peach.

2

Once you have the crushed peach, Add lemon juice. We recommend that you squeeze only half, but if you like the acid taste, you can add a whole lemon. On the other hand, add one or all three egg yolks. Remember: to chef's taste.

3

As the ingredients are mixed, Add the condensed milk. Remember to try the mixture to know if it is to your liking and adapt it by adding more or less ingredients. This will be the time, too, to add sugar. With about 200 grams, in principle, it will suffice.

4

Once you have beaten the ingredients, let the mixture stand. In the meantime, it will be time to mount the egg whites until they get the snow point. You can do it with a blender or by hand. Anyway, remember to be patient.

5

Place the egg whites in a deep bowl, so that it is easy to assemble. Remember that egg whites can grow a lot, so make sure the container has considerable dimensions. Tilt the container to make it easier beat the egg whites and introduce the mixer to a minimum power. To get a good snow, the ideal thing is to make smooth movements from the bottom up. Add a pinch of salt and a little sugar so that the whites are tastier.

6

How to know if the whites are already well mounted? It's simple. Tilt the container a little and see if the whites slide. If so, there will still be a little left to reach the snow point, so you should continue to mount them a little more.

7

With the whites about to snow, it's time to mix all the ingredients to get the delicious Peach Mousse. Recover the mixture that was resting and pour it over the whites mounted with great care. While you add the "mashed" peach over the egg whites, slowly stir the ingredients. Remember to have a spongy texture.

8

Finally, place the mixture in the containers in which you are going to serve the mousse, cover them with plastic wrap and put them in the refrigerator so that they rest for at least about three hours. Remove the Peach Mousse from the fridge and serve it with whipped cream. Delicious!
