- 100 gr of sugar
- 55 gr of butter

In a bowl we beat with some rods, the egg, the sugar and the vanilla. Beat well until it turns a whitish dough and double its volume.
2Melt the White chocolate together with the butter in the microwave at minimum power to make it look good. You can go stirring to make it better. If you don't have a microwave, you can melt it in the water bath.
3Once melted, pour the white chocolate and the butter into the bowl of the eggs, the sugar and the vanilla already beaten. Mix it well with the rods until a homogeneous mass is left.
4Mix the flour with the yeast in a bowl.
5Then add the flour and yeast mixture to the previous mixture. And stir until it is homogeneous.
6If you have leftover white chocolate, cut it into small pieces and add it to the mixture. This step is optional.
7Prepare the chosen mold, better square or rectangular, and spread a little butter or put baking paper on it. Then add the mixture.
8After having preheated the oven at 180 ° C, put the mold in and let it bake for 25 or 30 minutes.
9When you see that it is ready, remove it from the oven, unmold it and let it cool.
10Once it's cold, sprinkle the icing sugar above. And, you'll have some delicious ready white chocolate brownies.
