How to make a pudding without fruits

For that we propose to cook it without filling, or resort to a delicious filling of three chocolates for which you will need white chocolate, semi-sweet and milk chocolate. Let's do it!

We start with a simple recipe for English pudding without fruits or other ingredients inside:

First, 200 grams of butter should be beaten with another 200 grams of sugar. Once this mixture acquires a creamy appearance, four eggs are added, beating each one separately first.


Then 300 grams of flour are sifted next to two teaspoons of Royal and little by little they are added to the previously prepared mixture while beating gently. Then spread half a teaspoon of vanilla essence and the zest of a lemon peel and an orange peel.


Finally, beat carefully and pour all the preparation into a floured mold and also covered with butter of approximately 10x30cm, and place in the oven for 75 minutes. Then it is allowed to cool, unmold and ready to serve.


On the other hand, if you prefer to make this dessert without using fruit but with a different filling, we suggest you make this delicious three chocolate pudding. First the oven is preheated to 180º and then melt 100 grams of three different chocolates: milk chocolate, semi-white and white. Then beat 300 grams of butter with a cup and a half of sugar.


Once the mixture is creamy, Is divided into three parts proportional and to each of these portions an egg is added as well as one of the melted chocolates. Next, three cups and three quarters of flour are sifted next to two tablespoons of baking powder, adding an amount of 200 grams to each of the portions we are preparing. Finally 100 cc of milk are spread and then all these ingredients are mixed correctly.


Then it is floured and put butter in a mold with a diameter of about 26 cm. Inside this, the milk chocolate portion is introduced first, then the white chocolate portion and then the bitter chocolate portion. Finally, it is baked for about 50 minutes and when removed from the oven it is allowed to cool, unmold and sprinkle a little icing sugar on top. Delicious!
